Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, grant reasonable access to the property during
scheduled work hours, remove valuables or fragile items from work areas, secure pets, and disclose any known
safety concerns or hazardous conditions before work begins.
Permits and Inspections
Where required by local building regulations, permits and inspections may be necessary before or during
project completion. Permit responsibilities will be determined in the project agreement unless otherwise
specified in writing.
Scheduling and Delays
Project schedules are estimated and may change due to weather conditions, material availability, supplier
delays, labor shortages, emergencies, government restrictions, inspections, or other circumstances beyond our
reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes promptly.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are outlined within each individual
project agreement. Payments not received by the agreed due date may be subject to applicable late fees,
interest charges, suspension of work, or collection procedures permitted by law.
Change Orders
Any modifications to the agreed project scope, materials, design, labor requirements, or completion schedule
must be approved in writing before additional work begins. Approved change orders may result in additional
charges and revised project timelines.
Materials and Product Availability
Material selections are subject to manufacturer availability. If specified products become unavailable, we may
recommend comparable alternatives after discussing available options with the customer whenever reasonably
possible.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and uninterrupted access to the work site throughout the duration
of the project. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable utilities, locked premises, or unsafe working
conditions may result in additional scheduling adjustments or service charges.
Safety
For safety reasons, customers should keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work
areas. We reserve the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions exist that may endanger workers, customers,
or property.
Warranty
Workmanship warranties, where offered, apply only to services specifically identified within the project
agreement. Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, customer misuse, neglect, accidental damage,
unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, improper maintenance, and issues resulting from work performed by
third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any claim related to our
services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the
claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages,
including loss of profits, business interruption, or property value.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable
control, including severe weather, floods, fires, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier shortages, utility
failures, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any
